We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If it’s been longer than that, unfortunately, we can’t accept a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’re happy to take the item back, but the trip home is on you.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item comes back damaged, used, or looking like it just lost a fight with a blender, we won’t be able to issue a full refund. Any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us right away with photos so we can make it right! Otherwise, if you drop it, sit on it, or let your dog think it’s a chew toy... well, that one's on you.
